VNE provides a comprehensive benefits package that allows employees to tailor it to fit their needs.
401(k) – VNE’s 401k plan is a Qualified Automatic Contribution Arrangement (QACA) Safe Harbor Plan. Under this plan, VNE match 100% of the employee’s deferral up to 3.5% of employee’s total compensation. All safe harbor matches are fully vested after two years. VNE’s 401k plan is offered to all employees over the age of 21. Employees are eligible to begin contributing the first of the month following two months of service.
Health Insurance – VNE offers all full-time employees scheduled 30 hours or more per week the choice of enrolling in one of three plans offered by VNE, to include a high-deductible health plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA).
Dental Insurance – VNE offers all employees scheduled 30 hours or more per week the option of enrolling in the company dental plan.
Health Insurance – VNE offers all employees scheduled 30 hours or more per week the option of enrolling in the company vision plan.
Life and AD&D Insurance – All full-time employees are automatically enrolled in VNE’s Group Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance and is eligible to purchase additional Life and AD&D insurance at their own expense.
Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance – All full-time employees are automatically enrolled in Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability insurance.
Paid Time Off – Beginning with 15 days annually and increasing over time; the amount of PTO earned by employees is based on years of service with VNE.
Holidays – All full-time employees receive 88 hours of paid holiday time each calendar year. VNE observes the following holidays:
