Bobby Blackwell

President

Bobby is a retired U.S. Army officer and distinguished member of the Army Acquisition Corps. Upon leaving the military, he ran his own company for several years before leveraging that experience to head Vickers & Nolan Enterprises.

Darrell Childs

Vice President and Director of Operations

Darrell is a Project Management Professional and GS5, LLC cofounder. Upon GS5’s acquisition of VNE in 2018, he assumed responsibility for all VNE revenue-generating activities as Vice President and Director of Business Operations.

Adam Natysin

Director of Business Resources

Adam, who started with the company in 2004, is the Director of Business Resources and Treasurer of VNE. He has professional experience in a variety of areas, including finance, human resources, information technology, security, facility management, and contract management. Adam maintains certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Sean Thompson

Director of Technology

Sean is a retired U.S. Marine Corps officer and is considered a Subject Matter Expert in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)/Electronic Warfare. He is Program Management certified through Defense Acquisition University and has more than twenty years of experience leading extremely large programs with multiple contracts and multi-million-dollar budgets. Sean currently serves as the Director of Technology for VNE and provides programmatic and intelligence experience as the Technical Lead for the SIGINT SIS contract on behalf of Naval Information Warfare Center-Atlantic.

Charles Anderson

Director of Business Development

Charles is a Defense Acquisition Professional and DAWIA-certified Program Manager and Acquisition Logistician with extensive experience in federal acquisition, business development, and strategic growth. He has successfully led multimillion-dollar defense acquisition, cybersecurity, and information technology programs while securing competitive contract awards across the Department of Defense and civilian agencies. Charles currently serves as the Director of Business Development for VNE, where he leads capture strategy, business development, and customer engagement initiatives to drive company growth.
