Darrell is a Project Management Professional (PMP). For over 23 years, he oversaw all business operations at both GS5, LLC and VNE. Darrell now serves as President of VNE and manages the future goals and objectives of the company.
Adam Natysin
Executive Vice President/Treasurer
Adam, who started with the company in 2004, is the Director of Business Resources and Treasurer of VNE. He has professional experience in a variety of areas, including finance, human resources, information technology, security, facility management, and contract management. Adam maintains certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Sean Thompson
Director of Operations
Sean is a retired U.S. Marine Corps officer and is considered a Subject Matter Expert in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)/Electronic Warfare. He is Program Management certified through Defense Acquisition University and has more than twenty-five years of experience leading extremely large programs with multiple contracts and multi-million-dollar budgets. Sean currently serves as the Director of Operations for VNE.
Charles Anderson
Director of Business Development
Charles is a Defense Acquisition Professional and DAWIA-certified Program Manager and Acquisition Logistician with extensive experience in federal acquisition, business development, and strategic growth. He has successfully led multimillion-dollar defense acquisition, cybersecurity, and information technology programs while securing competitive contract awards across the Department of Defense and civilian agencies. Charles currently serves as the Director of Business Development for VNE, where he leads capture strategy, business development, and customer engagement initiatives to drive company growth.
Delilah Maldonado Roberts
Director of Contracts
Delilah, who started with the company is 2008, is the Director of Contracts. She has professional experience in program management, budget execution, acquisition, and contract management. Delilah is PMP certified and well versed in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR).
